Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of Bloggi.net (“Bloggi,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and all websites, services, and subdomains hosted on the Bloggi platform.

By creating an account or using Bloggi, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Purpose

Bloggi is a privately owned blogging platform that provides users with the ability to create and manage WordPress websites on subdomains of the bloggi.net domain.

Our goal is to foster a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for users, readers, and advertisers. Because Bloggi is a private platform, participation is a privilege rather than a right.

2. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for all content they publish, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through Bloggi, including but not limited to:

  • Articles
  • Blog posts
  • Pages
  • Images
  • Videos
  • Audio
  • Downloads
  • Comments
  • User profiles
  • Products
  • Advertisements
  • Links
  • Plugin-generated content

Users are responsible for ensuring their content complies with all applicable laws and this Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is prohibited on Bloggi, whether posted publicly or privately:

  • Illegal content.
  • Child sexual abuse or exploitation material.
  • Terrorist or extremist propaganda.
  • Malware, phishing, hacking tools, or malicious software.
  • Fraudulent schemes or scams.
  • Copyright or trademark infringement.
  • Identity theft or impersonation.
  • Spam or unsolicited bulk communications.
  • Content intended to facilitate criminal activity.
  • Content that violates court orders or applicable laws.

4. Harmful and Disruptive Content

To maintain a respectful community, Bloggi may remove content that we determine includes or promotes:

  • Hate speech.
  • Racism or racial superiority.
  • Harassment or targeted abuse.
  • Threats or intimidation.
  • Incitement to violence.
  • Promotion of extremist ideologies.
  • Calls for discrimination against protected groups.
  • Graphic or excessively violent material.
  • Deliberate misinformation that creates a substantial risk of harm.
  • Repeated abusive or disruptive behavior toward other users.

5. Political, Religious, and Highly Divisive Content

Bloggi reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict, remove, suspend, or prohibit content that it determines is likely to create significant disruption, hostility, or conflict within the platform.

This may include content involving:

  • Political advocacy or campaigning.
  • Political commentary or activism.
  • Religious advocacy or proselytizing.
  • Religious disputes or criticism.
  • Highly polarizing ideological viewpoints.
  • Content intended primarily to provoke, inflame, or divide audiences.

The existence of this policy does not mean all discussion of politics or religion is prohibited. Rather, Bloggi reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether particular content is appropriate for the platform.

6. Platform Discretion

Because Bloggi is a privately operated platform, we reserve the right to determine what content is appropriate for publication.

We may remove, restrict, disable access to, or refuse to host any content that we believe:

  • Violates this policy.
  • Creates legal or reputational risk.
  • Harms the Bloggi community.
  • Interferes with the operation of the platform.
  • Is inconsistent with the purpose or standards of Bloggi.
  • Is otherwise objectionable in our reasonable judgment.

Moderation decisions may be based on the content itself, its context, patterns of behavior, or other relevant factors.

7. Enforcement Actions

  • Suspend a user account.
  • Permanently terminate a user account.
  • Delete a hosted website.
  • Restrict future account creation.

8. Administrator Authority

Bloggi’s administrators and moderators have the authority to investigate potential violations of this policy and to make content moderation decisions.

Our moderation decisions are made in accordance with our platform standards, operational requirements, legal obligations, and commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

9. Appeals

Users may contact Bloggi if they believe a moderation action was taken in error. However, submission of a request for review does not obligate Bloggi to reverse or modify its decision.

Unless Bloggi determines otherwise in its sole discretion, moderation decisions—including the removal of content, suspension of accounts, or termination of services—are final.

10. No Obligation to Host Content

Nothing in this policy or any other Bloggi policy creates an obligation for Bloggi to publish, continue hosting, or restore any user content.

Bloggi reserves the right to discontinue hosting any content or website at any time in accordance with these policies and applicable law.

11. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

Bloggi may preserve, disclose, or provide user information where required by law or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:

  • Comply with legal obligations.
  • Respond to lawful requests from governmental authorities.
  • Protect the rights or safety of Bloggi, our users, or the public.
  • Investigate suspected illegal activity.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time.

Updated versions become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of Bloggi after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
